6. in the tree(外加在樹上的事物)
on the tree(樹上自身具有的花、果、葉等)
in the wall(鑲嵌在墻內(nèi)部的事物)
7. on the wall(墻表面的事物)

8.by bike / bus / car / ship (單數(shù)且無冠詞)
